Notice: The Selfie Photo Booth feature at Cuero’s Christmas in the Park has been cancelled indefinitely. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our Polar Bears and Snow Friends photo benches will instead be placed in Historic Downtown Cuero for selfie photo opportunities.
Opening Night, then select nights in November and December, 6:00PM – 10:00PMCapture your visit to Cuero’s Christmas in the Park with family and friends with a selfie at the free photo op at the end of the tour!

Annually, on select dates the week before Christmas, the Live Nativity is sponsored by The First United Methodist Church of Cuero with participation from local churches.

🎄 Cuero Health & Bfit Wellness Center “Fun Walk” Through Cuero’s Christmas in the Park Special Post-season Event!

Annually, January 2nd (Mon, January 2nd, 2023, 6:30PM) Join the Cuero Health staff as they promote a healthy start to 2023 and invite the community to walk through Cuero’s Christmas in the Park! The Fun Walk will include a one-mile walk or jog through Cuero’s Christmas in the Park at Cuero Municipal Park on January 2nd starting at 6:30PM. This year, there is no registration fee to participate; there will be event items for purchase at the Cuero Park Pavilion. Families are invited to take part as this will not be a timed walk/jog. This event is to encourage a healthy start to the new year (as well as a chance to walk through and see the lights at Cuero’s Christmas in the Park.) Donations will be gratefully accepted and help Cuero’s Christmas in the Park continue to operate, improve, and grow!

🎄 Yoakum Heritage Museum Annual Christmas Tree Forest

Annually, on select days November through January (November 18th 2021 – January 13th 2022) Regular Hours: Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 1:00PM – 4:00PM, and Fridays 10:00AM – 4:00PM (closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day). This year’s theme: Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) & The North Pole. Entry Fee: $5.00 Donation; Christmas Raffle held throughout the Forest, Winners Announced December 9th.

🎄 Cuero Blue Santa Toy Drive

Annually, in November Sponsored by Cuero Blue Santa, a non-profit organization that provides toys to the children of Cuero at Christmastime. Note: Registration deadline to participate in the program is at the end of November. 🎄 Holiday Shoppers’ Poker Run – Shop Cuero

The Saturday before Thanksgiving (Sat, November 19th 2022) Have some fun shopping for the holidays, by participating in the Cuero Chamber of Commerce Holiday Shoppers’ Poker Run and Lucky Basket Draw. Registration starts at 9:30AM-10:00AM. Event tickets are $75.00 and include lunch, adult beverages, shopping bag filled with Cuero Chamber Member swag and a chance to compete for prizes. Winning poker hand wins $750.00 Visa Card. Collect poker cards by shopping at participating shops and boutiques with every $20 purchase. Cash value prize amounts will be given out to the top 10 players. There will also be opportunities for door prizes for visiting participating stores. Get a group together and be creative to win a team prize! 🎄 Shop ‘Til 6 Saturdays

Saturday nights, November 27 – December 18th 2021 Select businesses will keep their doors open until 6:00PM for holiday shopping. (Participating businesses announced weekly.)This year’s participating businesses are: A Special Stitch, Be., DC’s Apparel, Emporium at the Fair, Friends, Main Street Kaffee Haus, Ryan’s on Main, and Vintage on Main. 🎄 Cuero Main Street’s Christmas in Downtown Cuero

’Twas the Night Before Christmas in Downtown

Thursday, December 12th, 2019, 5:00 PM-8:00 PM Cuero Main Street and the Cuero Chamber are co-hosting a new late night shopping event this year! Pick up a punch-card from participating stores November 30th through December 16th, fill it, and return for a December 20th drawing for $300 in Christmas Cuero Bucks! Also, get your cards stamped on December 12th at participating locations for cool door prizes!
