The December Events Committee expressed its immense gratitude this week to a special group of Cuero businesses and City departments without whose above-and-beyond efforts the 21st annual Cuero’s Christmas in the Park would not have been possible. Their contribution of personnel, time, and equipment, particularly in response to the challenges posed by the pandemic, ensured that the annual event opened on time and provided a much-needed diversion for thousands of holiday visitors.

Cuero’s Christmas in the Park is illuminated with thousands of LEDs, but these folks are the stars who truly helped us shine once again this year!

As shown below, DEC President Pat Villa (front-left) and Secretary Samantha Bayfus (front-right) presented ”thank you” care packages on behalf of the entire committee board and members to the City of Cuero Electrical Department, the City of Cuero Parks Department, the City of Cuero Police Department, Energy Waste Rentals & Service, and H-E-B Grocery of Cuero.
